Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation:

Cancellation Time Refund / Cancellation Charge
More than 24 hours before pickup Full Refund (100%)
12-24 hours before pickup 80% Refund (20% fee)
6-12 hours before pickup 50% Refund (50% fee)
Less than 6 hours before pickup No Refund
No-show (customer not available) No Refund

Company Cancellation:

If ZOLO EXPRESS cancels the booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Full Refund (100%) will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Alternative vehicle arrangement will be offered if available

Refund Eligibility

Refunds Applicable When:

  • Customer cancels within eligible time frame
  • Company cancels due to unavailability
  • Double payment or technical error
  • Service not provided as per booking

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Customer no-show without cancellation
  • Cancellation less than 6 hours before pickup
  • Incorrect pickup details by customer
  • Customer denies service after driver arrival
